A crisp & dry wine. Zesty in style as it is made from 100% Catarratto grape (the most planted in Sicily). Hints of rich, tropical fruit, lovely floral aroma and a honeyed richness.

2009 COTES DU RHONE, Domaine de la Solitude, Southern Rhone, France (13.5%)

From the estate of the ‘five centuries’ Lancon Family.This wine has a very definate bouquet of acacia and peach and sits nicely in the mouth with a well rounded feel through to a dry and slightly spicy finish.

Michel Torino's vineyard is amongst the highest in the world; 1,700m above sea level. This wine has a spicy, fresh tropical fruit character with hints of lychees and a crisp finish.

2011 SAUVIGNON BLANC, Tuatara Bay, Marlborough, NZ (13%)

100% Sauvignon Blanc. This wine delivers all you’d expect from a New Zealand Sauvignon. A light bodied, dry, crisp wine with flavours of gooseberry, guava, nettles and just a hint of honeysuckle and lime. The Saint Clair Estate won wine company and Matt Thompson won wine-maker of the year in 2010.

2010 GAVI di GAVI, Nuovo Quadro ‘La Battistana’ Piermont, NW Italy (12%)

100% Cortese Grape. This wine comes from the recently planted vineyard, Nuovo Quadro, in the Gavi region. An enticing nose of white peach and acacia blossoms with just a hint of crystallised ginger. Fresh and light zesty citrus notes on the palate lift a textured well-rounded mouth-feel.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pouilly is one of the most famous appellations in the Loire Valley. This wine is richly scented, full body and long finish with notes of gooseberry, honey and flint. Grand Prix d'Excellence- Vinalies Internationales 2009.

The Omaka Valley is renowned for the production of intensely flavoured Chardonnay grapes. This oaked wine is full-bodied and rich with stonefruit flavours and a touch of spice. Saint Clair is ranked 97th in the World’s 100 Best Wineries.

2009 MONTAGNY AC 1er CRU Blanc, Domaine de Montorge, Burgundy France (12.5%)

This is a delightful Premier Cru white Burgundy. Gold-yellow colour with green tinges. Delicate bouquet with impressions of chestnuts and ferns. From the southern end of the Cote Chalonnaise, a dry, medium weight wine made from old vine Chardonnay, unoaked, with subtle mineral flavour.

2010 SOAVE CLASSICO, Capitel Tenda, Veneto region, NE Italy (12%)

100% Garganega. Soave is arguably the most famous white wine DOC in Italy. The wine is pale straw, clear with greenish reflection with a lively nose of subtle floral tones. It has a lovely balance of dry fruit flavours with almond undertones.
